'You' season 4 release dates announced

Season four of Netflix’s much-loved psychological thriller, You, will arrive on screens a little earlier than anticipated. The show will be split into two parts, with part one airing on February 9th and part two on March 9th.

Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley will reprise his role as the obsessive killer Joe Goldberg, although season four will see him relocate from Paris, where he moved in the previous season, to London. In a Twitter announcement, the actor can be seen sporting a tweed jacket as he stands in front of double-decker buses and Union Jack bunting. “Emotional baggage for Jonathan Moore is waiting at the claim,” the Tweet teased.

An Instagram post from the show’s official account also shared, “Joe’s back for a bloody good time. If his book choice tells us anything… Our boy may not be in Paris anymore.”

The previous season saw Joe flee to Paris to pursue librarian Marienne (Tati Gabrielle). Now he is in London, posing as Professor Jonathan Moore, surrounded by wealthy socialites. In the teaser trailer, Joe says, “Allow me to reintroduce myself: I’ve gone through a bit of refinement upon crossing the pond. And living in London has allowed me to bury the past, if you will.”

Badgley will be joined by new additions to the cast, including Charlotte Ritchie, who will play the new “female lead”, Lukas Gage, Amy-Leigh Hickman, Aidan Cheng and Tilly Keeper.
