Okay, America, we need to discuss your newfound obsession with From, because apparently all Netflix viewers in the US are strong on the idea of getting trapped in a town full of nightmares. Yeah, the proof is right in front of you: The MGM+ horror series has squeezed all three seasons of it into Netflix’s US Top 10, with season one sitting fourth.
But the top spot belongs to The One About Matthew Perry, and it’s nice to know that people are still curious about the actor’s life. Directed by Mary Robertson, who worked on Quiet on Set, the documentary isn’t a Hollywood tribute to Perry’s life. It’s a portrait of a man whose generosity and struggles deserve as much attention as his comedic genius.
Nobody Wants This isn’t going anywhere either, with season three holding second place. Joanne and Noah have moved beyond the honeymoon phase, which means figuring out that sharing a home involves way more negotiation than all the lovey-dovey stuff we got in the first two seasons.
Now, The Fall of El Mayo is a whole different kettle of fish. This documentary investigates the capture of Sinaloa Cartel co-founder Ismael Zambada, a man who spent decades evading authorities.
