Paris Hilton’s Netflix cooking show cancelled after season one

On August 4th, 2021, Paris Hilton graced Netflix viewers with her cooking show, Cooking with Paris, which had six half-hour episodes based on her eponymous YouTube channel. However, according to recent reports, the streaming service has now been cancelled after just one season.

The show featured hordes of celebrity guests, namely Kim Kardashian, Saweetie, Demi Lovato, Lele Pons, Nikki Glaser, and her mother, Kathy and sister Nicky.

Besides talking about her love for cooking, the star had previously revealed the story behind the show’s inception. Boredom during the pandemic led her to post a lasagna video on YouTube that went viral; this led to the commencement of her channel and the subsequent show idea by Netflix.

The show is produced by The Intellectual Property Corporation, the same producer behind Selena Gomez’s cooking show on HBO Max that has been renewed for a fourth season.

However, Cooking with Paris has received awful reviews and has made it to Metacritic’s Worst TV Shows of 2021, tying with Fox’s Alter Ego

The former model, reality TV star and hotel mogul will no longer be back to share “important stories” while whipping up recipes in her kitchen.

Hilton is currently seen in the peacock show Paris In Love that debuted in November. The show revolves around her love affair with Carter Reum and their recent engagement and marriage.
