As soon as we log into our Netflix accounts, the distinct ‘tudum’ sound is sweet music to our ears. After its global fan event TUDUM, the streaming service has launched a new website of the same name.
This website will feature hot news about release dates, renewals, more series and film content as well as interviews. The website is “a place to discover more about your Netflix favourites” according to Netflix.
For a more refined and curated experience, Netflix users have to put in their login credentials. Although the website is in a very nascent stage as of now, Netflix will be adding various other features in the future.
With Tudum, users will be able to find out more about the intricate details of the series and films, including cast details, real-life stories, interviews and more.
Although it is accessible globally, as of now, the only language available in English. It is yet unknown if Netflix will launch the same website in other languages soon.
The global fan event that took place in September featured news about some very popular Netflix shows like Emily in Paris, Stranger Things, the Crown, The Witcher, Cobra Kai, Bridgerton and more.
Bozoma Saint John, the chief marketing officer at Netflix said that they are “excited to introduce Tudum for fans to dive deeper into the stories they love, fuel their obsessions and start new conversations. It’s still early days, and our launch today is just the beginning.”
