Directed by David E. Kelley and Ted Humphrey, the recent Netflix series The Lincoln Lawyer has occupied the top spot with an unimaginable viewership of 108 million hours. Based on Michael Connelly’s 2008 novel The Brass Verdict, the series stars Manuel Garcja-Rulfo, Neve Campbell, Angus Sampson, Christopher Gorham, Jazz Raycole and Becki Newton and is an adaptation of Matthew McConaughey’s eponymous 2011 film.
It sees the return of the defence attorney, Mickey Haller, to the courtroom when he is entrusted with a sensational case in Los Angeles. Haller is assigned the task of defending a studio executive accused of murdering his wife and her lover. As he prepares for the case, he finds himself embroiled in action and suspense.
Since the release of the final volume of the fourth and final season on April 29th, Ozark has been consistently reigning on Netflix charts. Currently, in second spot, the series has cemented its place for the eleventh week in a row, with a staggering viewing time of 31 million hours. Starring Jason Bateman, Laura Linney, Julia Garner and Sofia Hublitz among others, it seems like viewers cannot get enough of the gruesome violence and brutal and gory scenes on the show.
After releasing on Friday, May 20th, 2022, the third volume of Love, Death & Robots has garnered a viewership of 14 million households. With shorts from various acclaimed filmmakers, including David Fincher and Alberto Mieglo, the third season is visually stunning and memorable and perhaps the best-ever season in the show.
