What is the plot?
Voicemails for Isabelle kicks off on a rather tragic note. The Netflix rom-com tells the story of Jill, who turns to sending voicemails to her late sister about her dramatic life in San Francisco, making it the ultimate coping mechanism amidst everything that’s going south. But when the number that once belonged to Jill’s sister is reassigned without her prior knowledge, Texas-based real estate agent Austin starts receiving those chaotic text messages.
Who is in the cast and crew?
Leading the Netflix romantic comedy, Voicemails for Isabelle, are Zoey Deutch as Jill and Nick Robinson as Austin. In addition to these two, the movie features an ensemble cast, including Nick Offerman, Lukas Gage, Harry Shum Jr, Ciara Bravo, Megan Danso, Toby Sandeman, Spencer Lord, Gil Bellows, as well as writer-director Leah McKendrick.
Todd Black, Becky Sanderman, Jason Blumenthal, and Steven Tisch are producing the film for Escape Artists. Meanwhile, David Bloomfield executive produces on behalf of Escape Artists.
