When will season 19 of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ be on Netflix?

If you’re a fan of Grey’s Anatomy, don’t worry you’re not alone, with Netflix well aware of the American drama series’ continued success on their streaming platform.

Breaking records for ABC, the show’s staggering success has surprised even industry experts. Season 19 of the show is kicking off in October 2022 on ABC, with Netflix aiming to have the series up on their platform by summer 2023. Starting way back in 2005, the new series marks a significant milestone in the show’s history, passing 400 total episodes.

The 19th season of the show will see the return of actors Kate Walsh, Alexis Floyd, Niko Terho, Midori Francis, Adelaide Kane, and Harry Shum Jr, with fans eager to see how their favourite characters will progress.

Despite being owned by Disney, a company that keeps its properties notoriously close to its chest, Grey’s Anatomy routinely finds its way on Netflix on an annual basis. Over the last five years, the show has arrived on the streaming platform between May and July, so it’s likely the next series will show up in these months in 2023.

Thought to leave the streaming platform at some point, once Disney pulls their socks up, for now, Grey’s Anatomy can be enjoyed by Netflix subscribers across the world. Recognised as one of the greatest network drama series of all time, the show has starred the likes of Ellen Pompeo, Chandra Wilson, Sandra Oh, Justin Chambers, Kevin McKidd and Patrick Dempsey over the years.
