Watch the trailer for 'The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep'

Fans of The Witcher can look forward to a new instalment in the franchise, an animated feature film called The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep.

The official teaser has been released as part of Netflix’s Geeked Week, with the film set to appear on the streaming platform at the end of 2024. 

It has been directed by Kang Hei Chul, who previously worked as a storyboard artist on The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf in 2021. Mike Ostrowski and Rae Benjamin have written the script, with the former also executive producing the project.

Doug Cockle, who voices Geralt of Rivia in the video game adaptations of The Witcher, will be reprising his role for the movie. He announced, “I am super excited to announce my return to the world of the Witcher voicing Geralt of Rivia once again, but this time in the upcoming animated feature The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep.” 

“It’s been an honour to work with Studio Mir and Netflix on this new animated film and I’m thrilled to be able to share this next chapter of the White Wolf’s journey with fans of the Witcher universe. Mire taedh aen stráede!” he added. 

Anya Chalotra, who plays Yennefer of Vengerberg in the live-action series, as well as Joey Batey, who portrays Jaskier, will also lend their voices to the animated movie.
