Apparently, 10.6million people fancied a very unpleasant Netflix watch this week because The Idaho Murders: College Nightmare is still donning the number-one position. Sure, My Life With the Walter Boys, season three, tried its best but finished well behind. Bit of a battle up there.

This week’s Netflix chart winner is a three-part documentary that takes a keen look at the November 2022 murders of University of Idaho students Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin and Xana Kernodle, using police footage and accounts from their families to follow the case through to the arrest that came later. It is quite heavy to digest, obviously, but the series pays sharp attention to the four victims instead of turning the whole series into one big true-crime circus. Well done, Netflix.

Now, My Life With the Walter Boys, season three, has still managed a very decent nine million views, and Netflix clearly knew what it had on its hands because season four is under wraps already.

Third place goes to The Bombing of Pan Am 103, which dramatises the investigation of the 1988 Lockerbie bombing, which killed 270 people. It seems like docuseries are trending again, but in all honesty, when have they not?

Then there is I Will Find You, still hanging about after eight weeks with another 3.5million views. Eight weeks. At this point, it may as well have its own key to the charthouse. But who can blame it? No ordinary viewer can resist a juicy Coben mystery.

Ransom Canyon season two has nabbed fifth place this week, and three weeks into its chart run, the Texas drama is still hanging around Netflix’s upper ranks.

Raw takes sixth place, with this week’s episode featuring Big Cass’s return and a brutal street fight that ended with Jacob Fatu choking Royce Keys unconscious before continuing the assault after the bell. Woosh, that was really heavy!

And then as we march towards the lower half, we have Little House on the Prairie, Danny Go!, Ricky Gervais’ Alley Cats and Salish & Jordan Matter season two rounding things out. That’s all for this week.
