It’s another week, and we’re back with another Netflix top ten list that reveals the preferences of millions of subscribers across the world.
Topping the global English charts is Old Dads, Bill Burr’s directorial debut that has the audiences divided on whether it is actually good or just terrible. But it has accumulated a staggering 23.1million hours of viewing in just one week.
Close behind, The Devil on Trial has been fascinating viewers with its suspenseful storyline and unravelling of the curious “The devil made me do it” trial that inspired the third instalment of the Conjuring. It has garnered 11m hours of watch time.
But Netflix’s appeal isn’t just limited to recent releases. Gemini Man and Reptile maintain their popularity, remaining in the top ten for five and four weeks, respectively.
Long Shot, Fair Play, and No Hard Feelings are proving to be compelling newcomers, reeling viewers in and making them some of last week’s most-watched films. But there’s more, as usual. Just in time for Halloween, Scary Movie has shot up in popularity, and so has Spy Kids.
Even the critically panned Melissa McCarthy film Tammy has been rising to the ranks of the global top ten charts this week.
Whether it’s family-friendly adventures, gripping dramas, or sidesplitting comedies, here’s everything people have been bingeing on Netflix.
