With the holiday season fast approaching, Netflix has decided to add to our incoming Yuletide cheer by releasing the trailer for its popular Christmas film franchise The Princess Switch. Netflix has recently unveiled the trailer for the third film titled The Princess Switch 3: Romancing The Star.
After the first two films were a super hit on the streaming platform, it seems like the streamer is back with a third instalment that is set to be released on 18th November 2021.
The film will star Vanessa Hudgens yet again in three distinct roles this time, namely Princess Stacy, Queen Margaret and Margaret’s cousin, Fiona.
The official synopsis for Netflix refers to a stolen relic, the Star of Peace, that makes Margaret and Stacy seek Fiona’s help to find it. And keeping in tune with the title, the film will see some traces of romance in the holiday season!
After an exclusive sneak-peek into the film, it is most likely that Peter and Nick will begin fake dating to keep his family pressure at bay despite his mother setting him up on a blind date! And, no doubt, chaos will ensue.
Besides Hudgens, the film’s cast will also include Luke Macfarlane, Michael Urie, Kathy Najimy, Jennifer Coolidge, Philemon Chambers and Jennifer Robertson.
