Netflix unveils teaser trailer for new K-drama ‘Bloodhounds’

Netflix has shared a teaser trailer for Bloodhounds, its brand-new K-drama series. The series stars Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi as two young brothers who, looking to pay off their debt, dive head-first into the world of money-lending and private loans.

After teaming up with with a benevolent moneylender, the two brothers set about taking down a callous loan shark who preys on the vulnerable.

Set to premiere exclusively on Netflix on June 9th, Bloodhounds was first announced back in January. It was confirmed alongside a slew of titles when Netflix revealed its programme of Korean movies and dramas for 2023. As well as Bloodhounds, the streamer is set to release new seasons of hit series such as 2020’s Sweet Home and 2021’s D.P.

Netflix is also set to release Black Knight today, a brand new K Drama which chronicles the trials and tribulations of a legendary deliveryman called 5-8. Set in a dystopian version of Korea, Black Knight stars Kim Woo-bin in the lead role.

Bloodhounds will see Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi star alongside Heo Joon Ho, Jung Da-eun, Woo Do-hwan and Tim Kang among others. You can check out the teaser trailer above.
