Netflix drops brand new 'Cowboy Bebop' live-action series trailer

Despite airing just 26 episodes, the 1998 anime Cowboy Bebop had garnered a massive fan following, inspiring two manga series as well as an anime film. In 2017, a live-action reboot was announced, with Netflix gaining the rights to the show in 2018.

The streaming giant has recently released the final trailer for the live-action series that is set to premiere on the platform on 19th November 2021.

Starring John Cho, Danielle Pineda and Mustafa Shakir, the anime series will be set in outer space, where a ragtag team of bounty hunters try to escape from their past demons while hunting down and battling some of the most dangerous adversaries across the solar system.

This nearly three-minute trailer gives us an insight into the trio’s dynamic, it shows Ein the cute Welsh corgi looking smugger than ever, as well as lets us take a look at the iconic fight scene between Spike and Vicious, the main antagonist on the show.

The overall mood of the trailer is uplifting, thanks to Yoko Kanno and the Seatbelts’ iconic jazzy number as it shows Spiegel, Valentine and Black teaming up.

After the snazzy teaser that was released a few weeks back, this new drop surely has fans reeling under excitement. We, at Best of Netflix, have compiled everything we know about the upcoming series here
