Full line-up unveiled for Netflix’s ‘Celebrity Bear Hunt’

Netflix’s Celebrity Bear Hunt, hosted by Holly Willoughby and Bear Grylls, will air on February 5th. Ahead of the show’s premiere, Netflix released a full list of participants.

The show’s premise is relatively simple: The celebrities will be put in a Costa Rican jungle and have to fend for themselves. While they are making their way through the jungle, TV explorer Grylls will be hunting them. The celebrities need to avoid detection in order to win the game.

Specific information about what obstacles the celebrities will have to overcome is being kept under wraps. However, based on the trailer, it appears that they will encounter challenging heights, rough waters, and snakes.

Ahead of the show’s release at the beginning of February, Netflix has released the complete list of all the celebrities trying to evade detection from Grylls in the jungle. The list includes a mixed bag of celebrities, many of which hold household name status in the UK.

One of the biggest names on the line-up is Mel B, also known as Scary Spice, from one of the best-selling British bands of all time, the Spice Girls. Mel B initially found fame with the group, who were together between 1994 and 2000. They have reunited since, but other than that, Mel B has found work as a TV personality. She has been a judge on The X Factor and America’s Got Talent, as well as other shows.

Joe Thomas will also star in the series. Thomas originally found fame in the comedy series The Inbetweeners. He has had a successful career on stage and screen since. Fans will get to see another side of the actor as he steps into the jungle.

The full list of celebrities who will be entering the jungle includes Mel B, Joe Thomas, Lottie Moss, Steph McGovern, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, Una Healy, Zuhair Hassan (Big Zuu), Danny Cipriani, Kola Bokinni, Boris Becker, and Shirley Ballas.
