Everything we know about ‘A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder’

Murder mystery lovers have much to celebrate because there’s a new small-town sleuthing story coming to Netflix. The adaptation of Holly Jackson’s bestselling novel A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder promises to be a thrilling ride and also features Wednesday star Emma Myers.

A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder has all the makings of a Netflix hit. It is a murder mystery adaptation of a beloved ‘book-tok’ hit starring one of the up-and-coming fresh faces on the block. However, it is not a Netflix original per se.

Created by Poppy Cogan and directed by Dolly Wells, A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder has been developed by Moonage Pictures for BBC Three. Netflix will be the official streaming partner in the US. The show is primed for a UK release prior to its Netflix arrival.

What is even better is that executive producer Frith Tiplady has assured that the inaugural season one will not end on a cliffhanger. If the show does well, plans are in place to adapt the next two books in the series. However, if there is an untimely cancellation, viewers can expect closure.
