The spring season is on the horizon, and with it comes new Netflix features. March is packed with upcoming original and classic features to join the platform for users to enjoy, ranging from comedy movies to animation.
Love at First Kiss is a 2019 Chinese-Taiwanese romantic comedy coming to Netflix on March 3rd. It’s based on the manga series Itazura na Kiss and sees two students engage in a sad love story.
Comedian Chris Rock is receiving his live stand-up show, Selective Outage, set to premiere on the platform on March 4th. “Chris Rock is one of the most iconic and important comedic voices of our generation,” Netflix Tudum reports as Netflix Vice President of Stand-up and Comedy Formats Robbie Praw’s statement. “We’re thrilled the entire world will be able to experience a live Chris Rock comedy event and be a part of Netflix history. This will be an unforgettable moment, and we’re so honoured that Chris is carrying this torch.”
Additionally, the film spin-off of the BBC crime series Luther, starring Idris Eba, will come to Netflix on March 10th under the title Luther: The Fallen Sun following a February theatrical release.
The Magician’s Elephant will see a March 17th release. Wendy Rogers directs this computer-animated fantasy adventure as an adaptation of Kate DiCamillo’s 2009 book, telling the charming story of a boy called Peter who searches for his long-lost sister.
Comedy actors Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston have teamed up again for the comedy sequel Murder Mystery 2, following the original film’s release in 2019, scheduled for a March 30th release. The film sees the leading stars as two private detectives who launch their own agency when a friend is abducted.
