Every movie and series coming to Netflix this week: October 2026

After a week of back-to-back heavyweight content, it’s time to gear up again for everything coming to Netflix this week.

Although the week starts on October 19th, Netflix decided to cut slack this Monday for viewers who are still busy clearing last week’s backlog catalogue. However, Netflix UK has all the seasons of the British legal drama Judge John Deed lined up, and you may want to devote the entire day to it.

The first US entries from the week of October 19th to October 25th are Blindspotting, the spin-off comedy-drama based on the 2018 film, and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, the follow-up to the hit sci-fi anime.

Up next on Netflix’s arrival arc is the 2022 Emma Mackey-starrer, Emily, that reimagines the transformative life of acclaimed author Emily Brontë.

Also coming to Netflix on October 21st are Gladiator, Gladiator II, and The Ideas of March, alongside the second season of Six Kings Slam, the sophomore season of the Polish drama The Mother of Penguins, and the highly anticipated The New Stanford Prison Experiment, which reimagines the controversial study in which 30 people enter a real prison and are randomly assigned as guards and prisoners.

Additionally, the 2008 romantic drama, Centre Stage: Turn It Up, will hit Netflix UK shelves the same day.

On Wednesday, the 2008 indie comedy-drama Bottle Shock, based on the true story of 1976 “Judgment of Paris,” is coming to Netflix. But all eyes are on the trio of Netflix Originals that plan to rob everyone’s attention: Couldn’t Agree Less with Allison & Isaac, the eccentric Japanese comedy Did Someone Happen to Mention Me?, and the third season of Kristen Bell and Adam Brody’s Nobody Wants This.

The 2000s crime-comedy Greenfingers drops on Netflix UK, and that’s about it for October 22nd. However, when you wake up the next day, Thursday opens the doors to the debut season of the Spanish comedy series Fading Grandeur and the fourth season of Lupin, where Omar Sy returns as the gentleman thief Assane Diop.

Also coming to Netflix the same day are two original documentary features: Paralysed by Hope: The Maria Bamford Story and Surviving Hurricane Otis.

Although the US arrival arc comes to a close on Friday, UK viewers will welcome a three-episode special of My Happy Marriage on October 25th. And with that, it’s officially a wrap for the week!
