Every movie and series coming to Netflix this November

The average human being spends roughly two years of their life scrolling through Netflix – and while that statistic is a complete and utter lie we’ve just pulled out of thin air, you have to admit it sounds quite believable, because how many times does it happen that you spend hours arguing with the thumbnails and end up watching something you’ve already seen?

Well, November 2026 is about to make that indecision considerably worse, because Netflix is bringing you undercover spies and murderous neighbours and dodgy billionaires, and oh, how can we forget that early Christmas cheer! Fancy a look? Course you do.

November 1st is starting strong with Netflix bringing back Richard Jewell, Clint Eastwood’s true-story thriller about the man who discovered a bomb at the Atlanta Olympics and then ended up being treated like the criminal. The film is a sad reminder that being a hero doesn’t stop everyone from behaving like absolute plonkers.

Now, those who prefer their crime with fairy lights, Mistletoe Murders is coming to Netflix the same day, following a Christmas-shop owner who is apparently better at solving murders than the local police. People absolutely adore an underdog, and Netflix seems to be cashing in on that.

Then the gloves come off. November 3rd brings four seasons of Will Trent, with his flawless detective work, while November 5th sees Keira Knightley return in Black Doves, where we have spying, marriage and a husband headed for Downing Street collide. And if that’s not enough bad decision-making, all six seasons of Power arrive on November 9th, featuring a nightclub owner who moonlights as a drug kingpin.

Need a good cry between the spy and detective business? On November 10th, Reminders of Him brings Colleen Hoover’s tearjerker to the screen, with Maika Monroe playing an ex-prisoner desperate to meet the daughter she has never known. Two days later, The Empress is returning for its final season, which is both happy and sad news.

Still with us? Good, because November 13th has Jessica Chastain prowling Nashville’s dark underbelly in Heartland, searching for her missing niece, and November 18th swaps danger for flirtation in Guarding Stars, where Leighton Meester’s bodyguard must pretend to date Jared Padalecki’s film star.

November 19th gets fun awkward with The Altruists, a drama about the implosion of crypto exchange FTX starring Julia Garner and Anthony Boyle. Finally, The Hunting Wives returns on November 26th with Texan secrets, which most are very eager to see exposed.

So, what’s first on your watchlist? Because whatever you choose, Netflix releases in November take you to a really shady area.
