A look at ‘XO, Kitty’ season three episode titles ahead of 2026 release
XO, Kitty wrapped up filming a few months ago for its third season and is currently in post-production. But it has been a long time since Netflix teased what’s to come with the return of this fan-favourite show.
In the meantime, What’s on Netflix has chimed in, unveiling a few early episodes. What can go down in the third season has been shrouded in mystery for some time now, and a bit of the fog has lifted.
But Jessica O’Toole, the ex-showrunner of XO, Kitty said, “I know we left fans on a cliffhanger at the end of season two, but I can promise season three will be worth the wait, including our first summer episode”, which comes with its fair share of romance and “lots of kissing”.
The tabloid has revealed early titles from episode one through six, except for the fourth one. However, they aren’t organised chronologically or in episode order.
Episode titles of XO, Kitty, season three:
‘Before Sunrise’: Expected to be a conscious nod to Richard Linklater’s 1995 romance, the first instalment of the Before trilogy, this episode could be a game-changer for Kitty’s relationship with Min Ho. This could potentially have them finally pour their hearts out to each other after a prolonged conversation throughout the night. In contrast, this episode could also mean something for Yuri and Kitty, possibly about spending one last night together before reality dawns on them.
‘Euniq’: This XO, Kitty episode could centre on Eunice Kang, following her win in the competition in the second season. It’s likely that she’s rising through the ranks in the world of superstardom with a potential world tour or perhaps going through a trial by fire about whether her friend circle can adjust to her newfound fame. Meanwhile, the ‘q’ instead of ‘ce’ feels like a conscious wordplay to tease Eunice and Q’s musical compatibility. The question remains whether they can pair up or will Dae pose a challenge to this story arc. However, it’s important to note that these are pure speculations. Anyhow, this could potentially make Eunice a mainstay in the series from now on.
‘Ride or Die’: Early casting announcements for the role of a ‘ticket checker’ at an amusement park could literally tie with this episode title to signal rollercoasters. Otherwise, this could inherently be one of those episodes that test the ride-or-die relationships and bonds when Kitty’s life goes haywire.
‘Seoul Sisters’: The probability of cameos takes an upswing with this episode. Previously, Margot and Peter, portrayed by Janel Parrish and Noah Centineo, appeared in XO, Kitty. So, could it possibly be a cue for Lara Jean to reunite with Kitty? Additionally, Lana Condor was recently shooting in Thailand. So, the fan theories about whether she made a stop in South Korea were already in the air. Although it’s too early to pinpoint what awaits, the likelihood does make things more exciting. But then again, it’s just a conjecture. No one really knows what’s in store for the ‘Seoul Sisters’.
‘Ships in the Night’: This XO, Kitty title literally means a chance encounter or two people meeting briefly to go their separate ways. Likewise, it’s also possible that it cues at a harbour landscape, especially since Busan is famous for those. If the first one is where the Netflix series lands, it could mean something for Kitty and Yuri’s ever-shaky relationship. But it could also stand true for Yuri and Juliana’s bond. However, whichever direction it goes, it signals something heartrending in the making.
As of now, the release date remains under wraps, but the tabloid is speculating 2026, potentially in March. While it is to be seen how things pan out, fans must stay tuned for more updates.
