Why you should be excited about Harlan Coben’s ‘I Will Find You’

Missing persons, intergenerational family secrets, mind-blowing revelations, and a constant pursuit for truth – doesn’t it already sound like a Harlan Coben brand of thriller? Well, it sure does, especially considering his 2026 Netflix project, Run Away. But if you think that’s all he has planned for the year, buckle up for I Will Find You.

Originally announced in 2024, Coben joined forces with showrunner and co-creator Robert Hull to bring I Will Find You to Netflix screens.

With Hull adapting the best-seller for Netflix, viewers can expect Coben’s signature family drama to be on the cards, albeit with higher stakes and crazier details.

But for those searching for an overview of what to expect from the next Coben adaptation, here’s a rundown of everything you should know about I Will Find You.

What is the plot?

I Will Find You is an upcoming eight-episode Netflix series adapted by Robert Hull, which follows an innocent father, David Boroughs, wrongfully convicted for the murder of his own son. I Will Find You marks the first series collaboration with Harlan Coben to be set in the US, a departure from his other projects, which have been set across Europe, including the UK, France, and Spain.
