Why is Netflix's 'Operation Mincemeat' not available globally?

The recent Colin Firth film, Operation Mincemeat is a harrowing war film which is based on a trie story. Based on Ben Macintyre’s book, the film is directed by John Madden and based on Michelle Ashford’s screenplay.

While this World War II film has topped Netflix charts in certain regions, many regions have not been able to stream the film on Netflix.

Produced by See-Saw Films and Cohen Media Group, the film has been sold to Netflix in certain regions for $15 million and to individual distributors on a country-by-country basis.
