Watch the final season trailer for Netflix’s ‘F Is For Family’

Netflix has a wide variety of adult cartoons that are known for their dark and zany humour, crude jokes and unbridled gags. F Is For Family is one such raunchy adult comedy sitcom that was really popular on Netflix ever since its inception in 2015.

Now, the streamer has released the final season trailer for the show which is a bittersweet moment for all fans.

Created by Bill Burr and Michael Price, this amusing dark satire is set in the 1970s and focuses on the life of a dysfunctional Irish-American Murphy family who resides in the fictional suburban town of Rustvale in Pennsylvania.

With quirky and disillusioned characters voiced by the likes of Bill Burr, Laura Dern, Justin Long, Haley Reinhart, Debi Derryberry, Sam Rockwell and more, the show was a hilarious representation of the ‘70s.

An enviable decade with the burgeoning popularity of sex, drugs and rock-n-roll, followed by free-flowing beer, lack of night curfew for children and more, the show focused on the daily lives of the Murphy family as they perfectly represent a middle-class family in the 1970s United States of America. However, the show has come to its end and the streamer released the trailer for the final season.

Declaring the inevitable ending, Burr bade farewell with a heartfelt note.

“Thank you to all the fans that watched this show. Thanks to Vince Vaughn, Peter Billingsley, Victoria Vaughn, Ted Sarandos and all the INCREDIBLE writers, performers, animators, editors and musicians that made this show happen,” said he. “Special thanks to the Captain of the Ship: The great Mike Price! I love all you guys!”

Price, too, expressed his gratitude for the love and support he received while working on the show.

Price said, “Working on this show with the great Bill Burr, Vince Vaughn, and our amazing cast, writers, producers and crew has been the greatest joy of my life, and I’m thrilled that we get to do one more season with the Murphys.”

He added, “I’ll be forever grateful to everyone at Netflix, Gaumont and Wild West who let us share this stressed-out, foul-mouthed and loving family with the world.”

One of the producers, Vince Vaughn, expressed his admiration and respect for both Price and Burr and revealed that it had been a delight to aid their creative vision.

The final season of the show is slated for a November 25, 2021 release on Netflix. Endings are, indeed, “fucking hard”!
