‘Victoria Beckham’ is coming to Netflix this October

The October roster on Netflix cannot get any better. Victoria Beckham’s highly anticipated docuseries, titled Victoria Beckham, is set to welcome you this October on Netflix.

Directed by Nadia Hallgren and produced by David Beckham’s production company, Studio 99, Victoria Beckham comes from the creators of the Emmy-winning BECKHAM. The three-part Netflix docu-series is scheduled to premiere on October 9th, offering a rare insight into her illustrious life and career.

Victoria Beckham on Netflix aims to capture her early years and ascent to success with the Spice Girls, her love story with football legend Beckham, and her unrelenting pursuit to leave her mark in the fast-forward world of haute couture. The Netflix docuseries will also offer a glimpse of her preparation for her most zealous runway show yet at Paris Fashion Week.

The project has been framed with highlights of her past and present, giving viewers an intimate view into her setbacks, challenges, and wins in establishing herself in the spotlight. The forthcoming docuseries features interviews with Beckham alongside prominent figures from the fashion industry.

Victoria Beckham previously stole the show in her husband’s 2023 documentary, directed by Fisher Stevens. In one of the most unforgettable scenes, and a rather humorous one, she described herself growing up as a “working class” individual during an interview feature, until her husband finally got her to confess that she was driven to school in a Rolls-Royce, leaving a trail of trolls and memes to follow.

The documentary featured interviews with former Manchester United players, photographers, and Anna Wintour. While the football player is definitely set to appear in Victoria Beckham, appearances from his children are also expected.

However, according to reports cited by Variety, the pair’s estranged son, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham and his wife, Nicole, are unlikely to be featured in the upcoming docu-series. But rest assured, Victoria Beckham is going to be a must-watch this streaming season. So, remember to save the date and tune into the Netflix docu-series on October 9th.
