The 10 most popular series on Netflix US this week: October 2025
This week’s Netflix US top 10 series chart is here, and it looks like Netflix has given you a personality quiz on your homepage. Which genre isn’t there? From romance to mafia, from politics to true crime, this mall has everything. It’s hard to say who is watching what anymore, but the mix of shows is kind of brilliant in its own way.
So, Nobody Wants This is standing tall at number one, very comfortably and confidently, after its recent release. Everyone is busy watching Joanne and Noah argue their way through another season of ‘Do we or won’t we? Although it is funnier and more grounded this time. The show’s not trying to shock anyone with its unique storyline like it did in season one. It’s an awkward space where relationships actually live once the tension is resolved.
Then suddenly, the chart jumps from heartbreak to homicide. Mob War: Philadelphia vs. the Mafia is right behind it, full of people you’d never like to meet but can’t stop listening to. The interviews feel like confessions that were never supposed to be filmed. It’s grimy in the right way, and Netflix knows Americans will always have time for mob drama.
Then comes The Diplomat season three at number three, which is enjoying its second week in the list. And it actually makes sense because it’s one of the few political dramas that doesn’t drown in jargon. It is catered for all kinds of viewers, so the politics and betrayals can reach a wider audience.
Somewhere in between all the emotional wreckage, Raw has slipped in. This show makes sure that it makes it to the Top 10 list every week, and it’s not overconfidence when we guarantee that until Netflix continues this show, this show will always make it to the Top 10.
And yes, Monster: The Ed Gein Story at number five is still here because true crime is America’s most consistent relationship. At this point, there is a high possibility that the crowd has begun the rewatch. Apparently, nobody is tired of being terrified by their own curiosity.
Boots is hanging out at number six in the middle somewhere with this story of a bullied kid who randomly joins the Marines and ends up finding a weird version of family. It’s quieter than the rest, but maybe that is the reason why it is sticking. People like stories that don’t look like they’re auditioning for an Emmy.
At number seven is the current wild card of Netflix: The Monster of Florence. It is showing up again because Americans can’t resist turning European mysteries into weekend marathons.
Then there’s Love Is Blind Season 9, because Netflix knows people love watching strangers fall apart in real time. And right after all the senior contenders comes the permanent resident of the list, aka, Ms Rachel pops up with both seasons sitting at numbers eight and ten. Parents are finally winning a battle in the algorithm, and the kids are probably too.
