Open the Top 10 series chart of Netflix today, and you will see something hilarious before you even start reading the list. It looks like Netflix viewers are moving in packs. Not tiny groups. Herds. Because somehow, seven out of the ten slots belong to just two shows. Have you ever seen that before? But we respect the commitment.

Right at the top is The Beast in Me, glued to that number one spot for the second straight week. Limited series never get this kind of long-term love, so when one does, you know it hit the audience the right way. It’s like it is designed for bingeing. Netflix viewers wanted a story with an ending, and Netflix delivered.

Then there is the Absentia takeover. The moment all three seasons returned to Netflix, viewers pounced on them like they were afraid the show might disappear again in 48 hours. Season one climbed fast, then season two, then season three, all back-to-back. Stana Katic still has people locked in, and the mystery still works the same way it did during its original run. You can tell people are enjoying the comeback more than Netflix expected.

And hovering all around them is Hawkins, repeatedly. When four seasons of one show are trending at the same time, you know something important is coming. Everyone is gearing up for Stranger Things five, volume one, and the rewatch energy is amazing.

Season one is back because people want to restart the whole thing. Season two is sitting nearby because once you start, you keep going. Season three shows up because the mall era has a fanbase that refuses to quiet down. And season four cannot help but climb because Vecna terrorised half the world, and people want to refresh every detail before the finale begins.

Somewhere in the middle of this surge, Raw has managed to keep its position intact. The only fresh title that managed to cut through the noise… which, if you think about it, is not that fresh, as it’s always in the Top 10 list. But this time it looks like those who binged it were mostly the people who needed a break between Hawkins revisits and the Absentia binge.

And then, of course, there is Gabby’s Dollhouse, holding down the eighth spot like the official babysitter of Netflix. No mystery and no stress. Just tired parents passing the remote to their kids. Every week needs a wildcard, and this is the one.

The whole Top 10 is basically a crowd study. Everyone is prepping for Stranger Things like exams are coming. Everyone is racing through Absentia like deadlines are involved. And everyone is watching The Beast in Me like Netflix might lock it behind a paywall if they blink.
