With that in mind, here are the most popular series that are currently streaming on the platform.

Netflix never fails to disappoint when it comes to celebrating an array of different types of entertainment. Regardless of the genre or type of television you’re interested in, Netflix has something for you, as a range of comedy, drama, and sports series brandish the top ten series on the streaming giant this week.

In the top position is the new comedy starring Ted Danson, A Man on the Inside. The series is about a private investigator spying on the residents of a retirement home. The comedy establishes Michael Schur as one of the greatest comedy writers of all time. He adds another series to his ever-growing list of successes that dabble in humour and unbridled joy.

The animated series Arcane is also having a big week, with both seasons one and two in the top ten. The world is complicated, but the means by which the series tells the story of the complicated world is what people seem to be engaging with. The twisting narrative paired with the mix of 2D and 3D visuals is truly inspired and draws the attention of fans worldwide.

Still in the top ten is the recent boxing match between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson. While this was one of Netflix’s first live-streamed shows that promised to draw in mass crowds, it’s available now for people to stream at their leisure, which fans have been doing to watch both the main event and the undercard.

While the hype for the fight was undoubtedly palpable, people seemed disappointed with how things panned out. The eight rounds between Paul and Tyson were fairly dull, and the stream cut out for a lot of viewers as Netflix seemed to struggle to keep the live show running smoothly for a lot of people. It does represent a future angle to Netflix, though, who will be streaming more live entertainment in the future.
