The 10 most popular series on Netflix this week: June 2026
Right then, Netflix has dropped the top 10 series list this week, and there’s not a massive shock sitting at the top. One familiar show is still standing on number one while some other favourities are still in the chart, just changing position. So let’s have a nosy at what everyone’s been watching this past week.
While last week it was Michael Jackson: The Verdict, this week it has been taken by The Witness. But do you know it has now spent two weeks at the top? Not bad going for a limited series, huh. Usually these shows come and get on top too, but then before you know it, they are off the charts, making way for the next. However, that isn’t the case with The Witness, though. It’s dug its heels in is here for a long run.
Just behind it in second place is Michael Jackson: The Verdict. Now, whether you planned on watching it or not, this is one of those documentaries that has got people talking. The series revisits one of the most hyped and controversial figures in music history. Netflix knows documentaries about famous faces are usually a safe bet, and this one looks like another big hit for them.
Coming in at number three is Outlast: The Jungle. Now if you have ever watched Outlast, you will know surviving isn’t just about being the toughest person there. Half the battle is dealing with the people around you without completely losing your head. The latest season has thrown contestants into another brutal environment where every decision matters, and people can’t seem to get enough of the drama.
Meanwhile, Sweet Magnolias season five is doing much better than it was expected to do. Five seasons! In the streaming world, that’s practically ancient history. Lots of shows don’t even make it past season two these days. But this one has built a loyal fanbase who keep coming back for more, and kudos to them, as it’s still one of Netflix’s most reliable performers.
Rounding out the top five is The Four Seasons, season two. The comedy-drama returned with a new batch of episodes and found its audience again. In fact, until last week, the first season of the show was trending in the list too.
Further down the chart, Raw: 2026 – June 8, 2026 delivered one of the busiest WWE shows we have seen in a while. Liv Morgan advanced in the Queen of the Ring tournament after winning Fatal 4-Way, while Je’Von Evans pulled off a surprise win in the King of the Ring tournament after outside interference threw everything into a big mess.
Elsewhere, Nemesis season one is just refusing to go away. It has now spent six weeks in the Netflix rankings, which is no small achievement. New releases are constantly arriving and pushing older shows aside, but Nemesis is still hanging around and finding new viewers.
The Boroughs season one is walking down the same lane. Lots of new shows disappear from the charts after a week or two, but this one is still sticking about, which suggests people still trust the Duffer brothers.
The final spots in the Top 10 belong to Tony Hinchcliffe: Man of the People and Danny Go! (season one). One is keeping comedy fans entertained, while the other is proving a hit with younger viewers and families.
But for another week, the biggest story belongs to The Witness while everyone else is still trying to catch it.
