During the week of June 29th to July 5th, Enola Holmes 3, starring Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill, amassed a whopping 20.7million views and debuted at the top of the most popular movies chart. The detective movie, directed by Philip Barantini and written by Jack Thorne, is currently the number one movie in 60 countries, including Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, and Costa Rica.

Following closely on the most popular movies chart is the heartfelt rom-com led by Zoey Deutch and Nick Robinson, Voicemails for Isabelle, with 13.3million views. In its third week since its release, the heartwarming movie remains one of the top 10 trendsetting titles in 91 countries and ranked second worldwide.

Up next on the most popular movies chart, Netflix has the laugh-out-loud comedy, Little Brother, starring the dynamic duo John Cena and Eric Andre. In the week ending July 5th, the comedic punch-fest garnered 12.7million views, ranking third.

Ranked fourth on the most popular movies chart this week is the gritty 2023 Liam Neeson action thriller, Retribution, with 3.9million views. Meanwhile, rounding out the top five candidates is Nathan Greno’s animated adventure fantasy comedy, Swapped, with 3.6million views, going stronger than ever on the charts for its tenth week.

Clearly, Swapped is not the only trailblazing animated entry to make itself at home on Netflix’s weekly top 10 charts, as it’s succeeded by the mother of animation, KPop Demon Hunters. Running for its 55th consecutive week since release, the Oscar-winning animated musical is currently ranked sixth on the most popular movies chart with 3.5million views.

Positioned seventh on the most popular movies chart this week is Jessica Dimmock’s jaw-dropping true-crime documentary, Maternal Instinct, again with 3.5million views. Succeeding it is the 2022 Bruce Willis action thriller, Paradise City, with 2.7million views, ranking eighth.

Wrapping up the most popular movies chart this week are back-to-back animated gems, Spider-Man: Homecoming, followed by The Boss Baby, with 2.5million views. And with that, we officially come to a close for the week.
