Did you wake up with the anticipation of finally diving into the world of Stranger Things, only to find it’s still hours away from its Netflix destination? Well, same.
While the first volume of the fifth and final season is expected to answer many questions, the only one burning in every mind right now is: When does it release on Netflix? So, while searching for answers, we thought: why not let you in on what we found out as well?
The fan-favourite series is set to return on Netflix after three and a half years of waiting since the fourth season was released.
The first volume consists of four episodes, and Netflix already provided a sneak peek into what’s to come in the first five minutes. However, if you’re still confused as to why it’s still not showing up on the Netflix homepage, here’s a breakdown of the entire release schedule and when the first volume is released across the world.

The time zone differences might play with your brain, so we’ve curated a list to smooth the process. Although Netflix releases habitually arrive at 8am UK time, Stranger Things volume one is looking forward to a release at 1am GMT on November 27th. In the US, the episodes arrive at 5pm PST and 8pm EST, respectively, on November 26th. Viewers in Japan can stream the highly anticipated volume at 10am JST on Thursday.
In Central Europe, the series lands on Netflix at 2am CET, while in Australia it’s scheduled for 12pm AEDT. Indian fans can stream the volume starting 6.30am IST, essentially on November 27th.

For those still living under a rock, Stranger Things is up for a three-part release, starting with the first volume on November 26th, followed by the second volume on Christmas, and the grand finale on New Year’s Eve. Volume one comprises four episodes, titled ‘The Crawl,’ ‘The Vanishing of…,’ ‘The Turnbow Trap,’ and ‘Sorcerer.’
Meanwhile, volume two consists of ‘Shock Jock,’ ‘Escape from Camazotz,’ and ‘The Bridge.’ As for the epic finale? It’s dubbed ‘The Rightside Up,’ which will be released on Netflix on December 31st.

Lastly, for those curious about how long the marathon will be on in the final season of the hit Netflix series, ‘The Crawl’ runs for an hour and eight minutes, ‘The Vanishing of…’ for 54 minutes, ‘The Turnbow Trap’ for an hour and six minutes, and ‘Sorcerer’ for an hour and 23 minutes.
While the runtimes of the second volume episodes are still shrouded in mystery, the grand finale will run for about two hours. So, make sure to buckle up!
