'Stranger Things' announce season 4 release date and teaser trailer

Netflix has shared some good and bad news for those waiting for the fourth season of Stranger Things to drop. First, the good news sees the streaming platform drop the titles of the upcoming episodes. However, the bad news is that we will have to wait until the summer of 2022 to see them.

The streaming platform’s flagship series has suffered countless delays but it would appear that it is now finally moving ahead without further hindrance.

A new teaser trailer has also dropped which sees Eleven in California trying to adjust to her new life and school. Writing a letter to Mike, explaining that everything is just “great” even though it isn’t, we see Eleven’s eyes light up as she dreams of going home for spring break.

Quickly enough, the dark and looming creep of the upside-down once again rears its head. Cue clips of Eleven looking scared, explosions, Joyce being frightened by a doll and a cacophony of eerie music.

The episode titles for season four are: ‘The Hellfire Club’, ‘Vecna’s Curse’, ‘The Monster and The Superhero’, ‘Dear Billy’, ‘The Nina Project’, ‘The Dive’, ‘The Massacre At Hawkins Lab’, ‘Papa’, and ‘The Piggyback’.

Judging by the new teaser trailer as well as the names of the episodes, this season will be another barnstorming affair. Watch the new trailer for Stranger Things season four below.
