Season six of 'Riverdale' is coming to Netflix in August

It’s finally been revealed that the sixth series of Riverdale will be arriving on Netflix in August.

The streaming platform has revealed that it will drop the series on August 7th, and all 22 episodes will be available for subscribers. It lands on Netflix only a week after the finale airs on The CW.

Riverdale season 6 will drop on Netflix on August 7th. The streamer is adding the 22-episode season to its catalogue just a week after the finale airs on The CW. Anticipation is already high for the next instalment of the hit show, and viewers don’t have to wait much longer.

In a recent interview with Tell Tale TV, Camila Mendes opened up about showcasing a different side of Veronica Lodge in the forthcoming series. “It’s heartbreaking,” she explained. “I mean, it’s a really complex relationship that Veronica has with her father. There’s a lot of complicated feelings there.”

Mendes continued: “When I read the script, I was more just really excited to get to play that story because I think Veronica had such a long journey with her father. To be able to play that duality — feeling guilty, but also feeling like it had to be done, is really fun as an actor.”
