Paedophile Jimmy Savile says “I help the lassies” in Netflix documentary

Jimmy Savile was known to be one of the most popular TV show hosts in the UK. Jimmy Savile was revered for his brilliant contribution to the charities. Jimmy Savile had received the knighthood. Jimmy Savile was known for his eccentricity and boisterous nature. Jimmy Savile was also known for being one of the most prolific sexual abusers and predators.

To talk about the harrowing life events of this distinguished paedophile, Netflix has released the new trailer for a brand new documentary called Jimmy Savile: A British Horror Story.

After Savile died in 2011, hundreds of survivors came forward with their scary stories of abuse at the hands of this BBC presenter who was also known for his philanthropy at hospitals, charities and prisons. Savile knew how to maintain a facade to conceal his predatory behaviour.

The Netflix documentary seems to be a deep-dive into his character and has an abundance of archival footage. It will dissect the discourse about him being a national treasure and subvert the claims by exploring how he managed to fool the country for decades.

In one such video, Savile calls himself a “voluntary helper” before saying, “Sometimes, when nobody’s looking, I help the lassies.”

He says, looking directly at the camera in an ominous tone, “You really are missing something. In fact, you’re missing everything.” The observation almost seems to be a taunting remark as his apparent brilliance indeed blinded the world.

In the background, the abuse talks about how there have been abuse claims in every single place Savile has been to.

The overall tone for the documentary seems pretty unsettling as it will explore one of the most terrifying sexual abusers in the history of Britain.

Jimmy Savile: A British Horror Story is slated for an April 6th, 2022 premiere on Netflix.
