The streamer has now announced the details for its upcoming Korean thriller film Kill Bok-soon that has a star-studded ensemble.

Critically acclaimed filmmaker Byun Sung-hyun, known for his 2017 film The Merciless, is in buzz for his upcoming film Kingmaker. He is set to helm this project as well.

The film will star Jeon Do-yeon from Beasts Clawing At Straws and Seol Kyung-gu, last seen in Merciless. They will be joined by Taxi Driver actress Esom and Koo Kyo-hwan from D.P.

The thriller will see Jeon as the titular character whose life is being threatened by various adversaries, especially when she negotiates a renewed contract with MK Enterprises. Now a single mother to a teen daughter, Bok-soon must go to great lengths to keep her daughter out of harm’s way.
