Netflix to host live reunion for ‘Love Is Blind’

Netflix will host a live reunion special of the hit dating show Love Is Blind. The reality show premiered on Netflix in 2020 and has run for four seasons. This reunion will offer us a chance to see which couples are still going strong.

Created by Chris Cooelen and produced by Kinetic Content, Love Is Blind was founded as a social experiment where single men and women, all from the same metropolitan area, look for love and get engaged before seeing each other in the flesh. All the dates take place in purpose-built pods. The show was previously sued for providing “inhumane working conditions.”

The reunion special will air on Netflix on April 16th at 8pm ET. regular hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey are set to return, meeting with this season’s Love Is Blind cast as they “unravel all the season’s twists and turns, share reactions to watching their stories unfold, and find out which couples are still together after saying ‘I do’ and ‘I don’t.’” According to a press release from the Love is Blind team, “Anything could happen!”

In 2022, Love Is Blind spent 86 weeks in the Netflix US Top Ten, which is even more than flagship Netflix programs like Stranger Things. You can watch a previous Love Is Blind reunion below.
