The thumbnail alone tells a story for the third instalment of The Kissing Booth – it’s a definitive love triangle if you ever saw one.
The trilogy starring Joey King as the conflicted hearted lead has proved a huge hit for Netflix over the course of the previous two movies, drawing in eager teen audiences.
In the latest outing, Elle (Joey King) has the difficult choice of Harvard or UC Berkeley. It’s not quite Sophie’s Choice, but it seems to be putting a lot of strain on Elle, nevertheless.
The third film comes with the official and notably brief logline of: “It’s the summer before Elle Evans is set to head off to college, and she has a big decision to make.”
The movie which based on a series of books by Beth Reekles, sees Vince Marcello direct, while Joel Courtney, Jacob Elordi, Taylor Zakhar Perez, and others join her in the King in the youthful cast.
