‘Industry’ star Myha’la Herrold joins 'Black Mirror' season six

The star of the HBO series Industry, Myha’la Herrold, has been brought onboard for the highly-anticipated sixth series of thriller anthology Black Mirror.

Herrold, who also stars in the upcoming A24 comedy-horror, Bodies Bodies Bodies, is a significant up-and-coming name in the industry, with her appearance in Black Mirror bound to popularise her name. With few actors named for the upcoming season of the Netflix show, created by Charlie Brooker, Herrold joins Rory Culkin in the forthcoming series, the brother of Macaulay and Kieran Culkin.

Whilst Bodies Bodies Bodies will be Herrold’s most significant role to date, she has impressed over two series of Industry, shining as the promising intern, Harper, in the cut-throat world of London banking.

Starring alongside the likes of Marisa Abela, Ken Leung, Harry Lawtey, David Jonsson and Jay Duplass, Herrold stands out as one of the best actors and characters in the celebrated series.

Meanwhile, Black Mirror has recently entered production for its sixth season. Causing a stir every time a new series drops, there’s no doubt that Brooker’s dystopian sci-fi will once again cause a conversation online, with the last series, starring Andrew Scott, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Miley Cyrus, doing just this when it was released in 2019.
