Football Manager 2024 Mobile will be available on Netflix in November

The long-running SEGA sports simulation video game series Football Manager will arrive on Netflix in a mobile format later this year, with Football Manager 2024 set to be released on the streamer in November.

The game is being called “the most complete edition to date”, and like its predecessors, it will allow players to take control of a football team and put together a squad comprised of players from across the world.

The Netflix mobile release of Football Manager 2024 will coincide with the boxed and digital versions that will go out on major consoles like PS5 and Xbox, as well as PC platforms through Steam and Epic Games.

SEGA are hoping to target a new market with the Netflix release, noting the streamer’s “global reach and membership base” that will provide a new avenue for video game sales.

In a press release on the new game option, Netflix stated, “If you’re an existing player with a Netflix membership, you’ll be able to find and install FM24 Mobile through the Netflix mobile app when the game launches in November.”

“It will appear in a dedicated Games row on Apple phones and a separate Games tab on Android devices,” they added. “Players can still find FM24 Mobile on the App Store and Google Play, but you’ll need a Netflix account to log in and begin your next journey to footballing greatness.”
