A significant shift awaits viewers in the second season, as the series is likely to unfold 78 years after the first season’s events. The mystery deepens as questions arise about the characters’ roles—are they descendants, reincarnations, or something else entirely? Netflix Korea’s tweet hints at a fateful reunion, promising an intriguing continuation of the saga.

Who will be in the cast of Gyeongseong Creature season two?

The stellar cast from the first season, including Park Seo-joon as Jang Tae-sang/Ho-jae, Han So-hee as Yoon Chae-ok, and Soo Hyun as Yukiko Maeda, will make a return. Joining them are Kim Su Hyun, Kim Hae Sook, Jo Han Chul, and Wi Ha Joon. Any new cast news hasn’t been announced yet.

When will Gyeongseong Creature season two be released?

The first season of Gyeongseong Creature was split into two segments, with the first part making its debut on December 22nd, 2023, and the second part being released on January 5th, 2024.

Fans of the series can rejoice, as Gyeongseong Creature season two has already been renewed by Netflix, with filming concluding between February 23rd and September 18th, 2023. Although a precise release date is yet to be confirmed, it is expected to grace our screens in 2024.
