Every movie leaving Netflix in March 2023

As much as we’d love Netflix to be an ever-growing hub of content that doesn’t age or expire, the truth is that the streaming service is constantly updating its collection, removing the deadwood to make room for bigger and better shows and movies. Some big modern classics are leaving Netflix in March, so check out our guide to every movie leaving the service below to ensure you don’t miss out.

Surprisingly, Netflix will be removing the popular 2014 Damien Chazelle movie Whiplash this month, a film which won three Acadmey Awards including ‘Best Supporting Actor’ for J.K. Simmons, who plays a brutally strict music teacher. The film is led by Miles Teller as Andrew, a young man willing to do whatever it takes to get to the top of his profession, and is brought to life by Chazelle in the director’s chair.

Elsewhere, Netflix will also be removing the Quentin Tarantino drama Django Unchained. Winning two Oscars back in 2013, one for ‘Best Original Screenplay, the film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Jamie Foxx and Christoph Waltz, follows a freed slave who sets out to rescue his wife from a sinister plantation owner in Mississippi with the help of an eccentric German bounty hunter.
