Every movie and series leaving Netflix this week: June 2025

If you have been putting off that film or show on your Netflix list for “someday”, this is your sign. Several great titles are set to leave Netflix UK and US between June 9th and June 15th, and some of them are too good to miss. Whether you are into thrillers, comfort comedies, or under-the-radar dramas, this list has something that deserves one last watch before the credits roll for good.

Let us start with the UK library, which is saying goodbye to a surprising mix of titles. If you are a fan of stylish, disturbing television, Hannibal (Seasons 1–3) will disappear on June 11. This series, starring Mads Mikkelsen as the eerily calm Dr Hannibal Lecter, is a psychological slow burn that gets under your skin. If you have been meaning to start, now is the time.

On the same date, rom-com lovers will see The Best Man Holiday exit, and action fans will lose Your Highness, a chaotic fantasy comedy that is silly but oddly satisfying. Another title worth catching before it goes is Back to Black, the Amy Winehouse biopic that received mixed reviews but still offers a fascinating look at the singer’s life and legacy.

By June 15th, several films are leaving in one wave. The Spy Next Door, Last Holiday, Black Christmas, and Terminator: Dark Fate are all packing up. That is action, horror, and comedy gone in one clean sweep. If you are in the mood for some old-school Jackie Chan or just a breezy weekend movie, queue them up now.

Now on to Netflix US. The list may be shorter, but the stakes are just as high. Gran Turismo: Based on a True Story and Trap will leave the platform on June 11. Both titles may have flown under your radar, but they are solid watches. Gran Turismo is especially fun if you are into motorsports or enjoy stories based on real events.

On June 14th, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire exits. This one is a huge blockbuster and a visual treat if you are watching on a big screen. It is the kind of film that screams Saturday night.

But perhaps the biggest loss for the US audience is The Equalizer (Seasons 1–3), leaving on June 15th. Queen Latifah’s take on the iconic role brought a fresh, grounded energy to the series. If you like crime thrillers with a sharp lead and episodic drama, you should not miss this one.

The great Netflix shuffle happens every month, but there is something especially nostalgic about a mix like this. Some titles are flashy, some are quiet favourites, and a few are just weird comfort watches you forgot you loved. But once they are gone, they are gone.

So take this as your weekend reminder. Finish that series. Revisit that one movie you loved back in 2011. Or just press play on something new that will be gone by Monday. You may be surprised by how much it sticks with you.
