Every movie and series leaving Netflix next week: June 2026

Well, this is awkward. Every week, this list usually begins with a lengthy list of departures. That’s become part of the routine. Netflix adds a mountain of content every month but also removes another pile before anyone notices.

This week, though, somebody appears to have forgotten to schedule the exits. Seriously. The list is so short that it almost feels unfinished. We’ve got four titles. That’s all we are working with. Four. For a platform with thousands of films and series, that’s like sweeping the last chunks of dust under the rugs.

But hey, who’s complaining? Not us, of course. Fewer departures mean no panic streaming. No frantic attempts to squeeze three seasons of series into a single weekend. For once, Netflix subscribers can breathe easy.

The only film leaving next week is Kill ‘Em All 2, which exits on June 25th. The sequel brings back Jean-Claude Van Damme as former spy Phillip, who has attempted to swap international intrigue for a silent life in Italy alongside his daughter. As anyone familiar with action films can probably predict, retirement doesn’t last very long. Phillip soon finds himself targeted by a man seeking revenge, forcing him back into the dangerous situations he was hoping to leave behind.

What’s interesting about the film is that it continues Van Damme’s long action career. The actor first became a major star during the late 1980s with films such as Bloodsport and Kickboxer, and decades later he is still leading action projects. Not many action stars manage that kind of longevity. The sequel also features Jacqueline Fernandez, making it slightly more international than viewers might expect.

On the television side, June 25th sees Justin Time Go! leave the platform. If you have got younger viewers in the house, this may be the departure to keep an eye out for. The animated series follows Justin and his friends Olive and Squidgy as they travel through different locations and periods in history. They get new adventures on every challenge that involves an inside lesson about teamwork and problem-solving.

The series itself has an interesting history. It grew out of the Canadian children’s programme Justin Time, which won multiple awards and built a big fanbase long before Netflix became involved.

The following day, June 26th, brings what is arguably the biggest departure of the week: Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts. If you have missed this one, it’s worth knowing that many animation fans consider it one of Netflix’s strongest original series. The story centres on Kipo Oak, a teenage girl who emerges from an underground shelter and discovers a world ruled by giant mutant animals. That premise sounds bonkers, and the show fully embraces it.

The final departure is The Red Road, a crime drama starring Jason Momoa before he became one of the biggest names in Hollywood. Set in rural New Jersey, the series follows police officer Harold Jensen as tensions between local residents and a neighbouring Native American community begin to evolve into something much more dangerous.

So yes, this might be the shortest Netflix departures list we have seen in a very long time. It’s almost suspiciously short. Then again, perhaps that’s a gift. Instead of choosing between twenty different titles, you’ve only got four decisions to make.
