The final leg of September is nearly here. But does that call for a slowdown in the arrival arc? Well, keep an eye out for everything coming to Netflix this week to find out.
Although Mondays with Netflix are usually busy, this week’s arrival arc opens the floodgates on Tuesday. So, if you need a breather before catching up on the remaining releases, take the cue, sit back, and relax because you won’t get that chance for the rest of the week.
Moving on to September 22nd, Netflix has the second season of the hit FOX medical drama Doc lined up, alongside the debut season of the Italian teen drama series Minerva Academy, all seasons of the cult-favourite workplace comedy Party Down, and the Tom Cruise blockbuster Top Gun: Maverick.
The new Brazilian legal drama Habeas Corpus arrives on Netflix on September 23rd alongside the 2025 heist thriller LifeHack, the 2018 guilty-pleasure rom-com The Matchmaker’s Playbook, and the upcoming reality competition show based on the Roald Dahl IP Wonka’s The Golden Ticket.
Meanwhile, coming to Netflix on September 24th are the highly anticipated reboot A Different World, the Filipino horror drama Balaraw: Blood Island, the Thai thriller Delusion, the Argentinian horror series My Sad Dead, the 2012 psychological thriller House at the End of the Street, and the mind-bending 2013 psychological horror Oculus.
Up next on the lineup are the 25th season of Law & Order and STEEL BALL RUN, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: 2nd-3rd STAGE. Also coming to Netflix this Friday are the Spanish period mystery The Final Problem, the 14th season of The Great Baking Show, and Janus Metz’s Unabomber.
In the UK, September 25th also witnesses the return of Sonic the Hedgehog 3. Therefore, expect a packed workweek with back-to-back Netflix Original releases taking centre stage.
That leaves the weekend, and just so you know, Netflix likes to keep things light on Saturday and Sunday. As a result, the only title coming on September 26th is the role-reversal family comedy The Breadwinner, which marks comedian Nate Bargatze’s feature film debut.
Lastly, OUTLORE with Eleanor Neale and the gritty, neon-soaked A24 horror-comedy Slice are coming to Netflix this Sunday. But before we forget, Netflix UK also has a music documentary landing the same day, Becoming Led Zeppelin. And with that, it’s officially a wrap for the week ending September 27th.
