Every movie and series coming to Netflix this week: September 2025
Mondays prepare us for many things – chaotic multitasking, workweek struggles, and formal brunches since breakfast is a myth. But regardless of how many first days of the week we spend on Netflix, nothing has us completely ready for the arrival arc of every movie and series coming to Netflix this time in September.
The streaming giant kicked things off in September with an expansive list of content that tested our mathematical competence. Although it’s unfair to expect another streaming streak like last week’s, don’t worry, Netflix isn’t letting us go empty-handed either.
Coming to Netflix on September 8th is the first season of the animated preschool series, Dr Seuss’s Red Fish Blue Fish, and the second instalment of the Colombian telenovela, Her Mother’s Killer. Besides these two, Inside Cadbury: Chocolate Secrets Unwrapped is also dropping on Netflix UK. While the streaming combination is poles apart, at least this confirms that Netflix has something for everyone.
On Tuesday, September 9th, Netflix plans to maintain the streaming flow with a double-bill comedy, Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell’s Daddy’s Home and Daddy’s Home 2. But comedy takes the cake tomorrow with two other Netflix original productions, Jordan Jensen: Take Me With You, and Kiss or Die.
Last Wednesday, hell broke loose on Netflix with the return of the Nevermore outcasts and our beloved Addams child. But if you believe nothing can beat that, watch out for aka Charlie Sheen on September 10th. Netflix also plans to sprinkle double doses of love with the first season of Love is Blind: France and the fifth season of Love is Blind: Brazil – A Fresh Start. In case you feel love’s not your cup of tea, recharge with The Dead Girls or Bombshell. And if you’re in the UK, strap in for Accused.
By the time we reach Thursday, waiting for us on the Netflix homepage will be Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret, and Kontrabida Academy on the movies front. Meanwhile, for series lovers, September 11th means the arrival of Diary of a Ditched Girl (season one), Tyler Perry’s Beauty in Black (season two), and Wolf King (season two). Mayfair Witches will also be available on Netflix UK.
As for those concerned about the Friday menu, coming to Netflix are three limited series: Beauty and the Bester, Maledictions, and You and Everything Else. That same day, Netflix will also bring The Wrong Paris and the first season of Ratu Ratu Queens: The Series. However, Saturday is entirely reserved for the highly anticipated live boxing match, Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford.
Lastly, coming to Netflix this Sunday are the first season of Ancient Aliens, followed by Moving On. And with that, you can officially call it a week.
