Every movie and series coming to Netflix this week: July 2025
No matter how relaxing the weekends are, Mondays ought to be chaotic. And regardless of what household you belong to in whichever part of the world, Mondays are anything but a bit part of welcome. But thanks to Netflix, these time-worn anxieties have taken a backseat. Now, Mondays are a reminder of what’s next on Netflix, and following the first two weeks of unrelenting new additions and releases, the streamer is back for more.
Since the last week of June, viewers have barely found a minute of streaming respite, courtesy of the back-to-back releases like the third season of the survival drama Squid Game, the final season of The Sandman, the bizarre Trainwreck anthology, and a slew of anime projects. Netflix even brought the Mission: Impossible films to pack a punch this July alongside action sequels like The Old Guard 2. In the week dated July 14th-20th, Netflix is keeping up with its weekly trend.
Netflix is keeping Monday unburdened this time with the release of Apocalypse in the Tropics, Oscar-nominee Petra Costa’s documentary on the influence of evangelism in the political landscape of Brazil. However, on July 15th, it plans to double down with a drop as sleek as the Karate Kid drops this month with the release of Jaws films, including Jaws, Jaws 2, Jaws 3, and Jaws: The Revenge.
Trainwreck’s upcoming chapter, Balloon Boy, is also slated for release on Tuesday. On July 16th, Netflix plans to turn back time to the early 2000s with the comedic chaos agent, Mamma Mia!, followed by an invitation to join the secret society of assassins with Wanted. Since Netflix plays by a diverse mood board, the streamer has scheduled the arrival of the psychological horror film, Delirium, on Friday, to wrap up the workweek terrors.
In case viewers are missing out on K-dramas with the end of Squid Game, Wall to Wall is coming to Netflix on Friday, July 18th, to fill the blues. The movie lineup wraps up with the release of Almost Family and I’m Still a Superstar on Friday, followed by I’m Cursed on Saturday.
That said, on the series front awaits Sakamoto Days season one part two on Monday and the first season of Entitled, an eight-part comedy limited series, on Tuesday. Coming to Netflix on July 16th is the spine-chilling true-crime documentary series Amy Bradley Is Missing.
July 17th has come under the spotlight over Catalog and the second season of Community Squad. But do not forget to hold your horses for some extra dose of murder mystery with UNTAMED. Netflix is also not short on funny bones this week. And to help wrap it up on a rather funny note, it’s bringing Almost Family and Vir Das: Fool Volume on July 18th.
Viewers are free to call it a week with Superstar. However, UK fans have a streaming extra to enjoy the week with Red Riding, another crime drama adaptation.
