Every movie and series coming to Netflix this week: December 2025
The thing about the December arrival arc is that no matter how slow it starts, by the time you’re halfway through, you’re bound to lose track of all that’s there. But just so you don’t, here comes our weekly reminder of what’s coming to Netflix in the week dated December 8th to 14th.
While hell broke loose last Monday when Netflix opened the floodgates of entertainment for December, this time around, Netflix has kept the workweek starter easy and breezy with Elmo and Mark Rober’s Merry Giftmas. In the UK, there’s also Murder by Medic dropping on the platform.
But Tuesday onwards, Netflix doesn’t plan to slow down anyhow. On December 9th, joining the content catalogue for the week are Badly in Love, Blood Coast, and The West Wing. Also coming to Netflix tomorrow is a new, groundbreaking documentary, Masaka Kids: A Rhythm Within.
Moving on to December 10th, we have the third season of Record of Ragnarok alongside the second season of The Accident. In addition to these two, viewers must also buckle up for Simon Cowell: The Next Act, a fresh new docu-series where Cowell sets out to build a new global boyband. Besides these, UK viewers must also save some room for Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.
Although the titles so far are gripping enough to leave you glued to the screen throughout the week, the real showdown of entertainment actually begins in the second half.
On the movies front, coming to Netflix on December 11th, are Lost in the Spotlight and The Fakenapping. Series-wise, it’s about time viewers welcome Had I Not Seen the Sun, Man vs Baby, The Town, Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft, and True Beauty. But in case you feel this feels festive, wait until you check out what’s coming to Netflix on Friday.
For December 12th, subscribers should keep an eye out for the City of Shadows, Home for Christmas, House of Gucci, The Amazing Digital Circus, The Fanatic, and The Hustle.
Friday also brings the most-awaited cinematic entry this December, the Benoit Blanc comeback, with Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery. What the UK viewers also have on their Friday roster is the first season of Single Papa.
Coming to the weekend, on Saturday, we have The Talented Mr Ripley to watch out for. And by the time you’re done with the acclaimed psychological thriller, Netflix plans to drop something light-hearted on Sunday, ending the weeklong watch party with PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie.
