Netflix didn’t really hit the brakes in August, so don’t expect it to slow down in September either. But before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s take a look at everything coming to Netflix this week.

For the last day of the month, which happens to be the first day of the week, Netflix is planning to bow out with a bang with the tense 2023 historical drama Irena’s Vow, all the seasons of Mindy Kaling and Justin Noble’s comedy drama The Sex Lives of College Girls, alongside the second season of the children’s animated series Sheriff Labrador.

While that pulls the curtain on August, September kick-starts with a bunch of old and new favourites, starting with 17 Again, About Time, Alien, Aliens, Antz, Baby Geniuses, Battleship, Big Daddy, Conan the Barbarian, Cruel Intentions, Dragnet, Flushed Away, Gothika, Greta, Jarhead, Jaws, Jaws 2, Jaws 3, Jaws: The Revenge, Keanu, Kick-Ass 2, Knocked Up, Liar Liar, Manny, Neighbors, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, Phantom Thread, and Ready or Not.

Also coming to Netflix on September 1st are Resident Evil: Extinction, Resident Evil: Afterlife, Resident Evil: Retribution, Resident Evil: Damnation, Resident Evil: Vendetta, Resident Evil: Death Island, Scarface, Shark Tale, Sleepless in Seattle, Straight Outta Compton, T2 Trainspotting, The Art of Racing in the Rain, The Blues Brothers, The Boy Next Door, The Flintstones, The Prince of Egypt, The Rite, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Uncle Buck, Unfriended, and Valentine.

On the series front, Doctor-X: Surgeon Michiko Daimon, Heartland, SCTV, and Untold Raygun: Breaking Badly are scheduled to hit Netflix shelves alongside a fresh stand-up comedy special, Jared Freid: The Family Plan. UK viewers can additionally expect Perfect Blue to hit the platform on Tuesday.

Coming up next are Driven, Lovesick, The Beach Bum, and Turning Point: Generation 9/11 on September 2nd.

Meanwhile, Thursday is set to welcome Cruise Ship Murder, Fito Paez: The World Within a Song, Folktales, Major Crimes, Say a Little Prayer, Smile 2, The Fabulous Four, and the long-awaited sophomore season of The Gentlemen. In the UK, Anora and Scotland, PA arrive the same day!

Coming to Netflix this Friday are the reality series Earle Meets World, the 2022 comedy Easter Sunday, and the Sundance documentary Teenage Wasteland. Moving on to Saturday, Netflix has Emeril Tailgates, The Kevin Langue Show, Kevin Langue 2, The Sixth Sense, and The Secret Lives of Dentists lined up for the audience.

As for September 6th? The intense character-driven indie flick True Things is coming to Netflix this Sunday, calling it a wrap for the week!
