As the ever-moving shelves of Netflix continue to add and shed their content at will, we have another week of removals to contend with. However, if you were worried your favourite show was facing the axe, you’re in for a treat.
The truth is very few titles are being removed from the streaming platform this week, with perhaps only The Killing of a Sacred Deer from 2017 being the biggest loss.
The Killing of a Sacred Deer is a psychological horror film directed by Yorgos Lanthimos. It explores the unsettling consequences of a surgeon’s mysterious friendship with a teenage boy, leading to a chilling moral dilemma. The film’s unique storytelling and eerie atmosphere captivate audiences, making it a thought-provoking and unsettling cinematic experience.
Thankfully, you have a few more days to catch that cinematic treat. However, time has run out for The Doll and its sequel, The Doll 2, which were removed on January 15th.
Another loss for those who love trash reality TV as season 28 of MTV’s classic The Real World sees the end of its time on Netflix.
