Every film and series leaving Netflix this month: October 2024

The temperature has dropped dramatically, the leaves are starting to fall, and almost everyone seems to be coming down with a cold. Autumn is well and truly upon us. It’s the prime season for sipping hot chocolate on the sofa, bundled up in blankets while binging your favourite Netflix show or film.

However, iff you’re planning to incorporate John Carpenter’s Halloween or the beloved live-action Paddington into your cosy Netflix sessions for October, time is running out. They’re just two of many titles that will be removed from the streaming service this month.

On the first of the month, Netflix will remove several beloved modern romances, including Call Me By Your Name, Crazy, Stupid, Love, and the 2005 adaptation of Pride & Prejudice. Schindler’s List will also leave Netflix.

The first three films in the Beverly Hills Cop franchise will be removed from the streaming platform this month, as well as the first two offerings in the teen dystopia series, The Maze Runner.

Paddington is one of the most well-loved titles that will leave Netflix this month. Directed by Paul King, the live-action take on the bear earned widespread acclaim when it was released in 2014 and has been beloved by audiences ever since, even spawning a sequel. It will leave Netflix on October 14th.

Kasi Lemmons’ 2022 biopic about Whitney Houston, titled Whitney Houston: I Wanna Dance with Somebody, will round out the lost titles from Netflix this month. It leaves the streaming service on October 22nd.
