The storyline follows Jackie, an annual purveyor of boastful Christmas newsletters, and her friend Charlotte, who unexpectedly shows up on Jackie’s doorstep. What unfolds is a delightful comedy of errors as Charlotte tries desperately to prove that Jackie’s seemingly perfect life is not all it appears to be. The Christmas Chronicles has been basking in the top ten for six weeks. This festive favourite, directed by Clay Kaytis, stars Kurt Russell as Santa Claus, along with Judah Lewis, Darby Camp, Lamorne Morris, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, and Oliver Hudson.

Directed by Janeen Damian, the film features Lindsay Lohan as a young, newly engaged heiress who finds herself in the care of a handsome cabin owner and his daughter after a skiing accident. The movie, released in 2022, has made a comeback to the top ten this year, clearly indicating that it struck a chord for the cross-section of fans who love Lohan and the holiday fun.
